Beta Programme Terms

These terms cover the closed early-access beta of the Enuva iOS app, run by OverBox s.r.o. (Slovakia). Apple’s TestFlight terms apply alongside them.

1. Invitation only

You take part because we invited you. Do not forward the invitation or the build to anyone else. You are welcome to talk about Enuva and show it to others; if they want in, they can join the waitlist at enuva.app.

2. Pre-release software

The app is unfinished. Briefings may be late, missing, wrong or cut short, and features may change or disappear between builds. The app is provided as is, without warranty, and we are not liable for loss caused by relying on it. Briefings are generated by AI from public sources and may contain errors. Verify anything important against the original source.

3. Free of charge

The beta costs nothing and includes no purchase. Nothing here promises a future price, feature or launch date.

4. Your data

Beta accounts are measured as described in the Privacy Notice, section 3, so we can see whether the app is worth returning to. Objecting to that measurement is described there; deleting your account is described in its section 6.

5. Feedback

Anything you tell us about the app may be used to improve it, without payment or credit.

6. Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting the app or your account. We may end the beta, or your access, at any time and without notice.

7. Acceptance

Installing the beta build means you accept these terms. If you don’t, don’t install it.
